    A service that allows you to earn more from low-risk, short-term cash deposits in any currency – you’re in charge of deciding how long you’d like to deposit money for. We also offer institutional and wholesale deposit services.

  • Key features

    • Fixed term deposits can be arranged for a period of one, three, six or twelve months
    • The minimum deposit is £25,000 or currency equivalent
    • Fixed term deposits are available in GBP, USD, EUR and ZAR
    • Fixed term deposits in other currencies may be available upon request, please contact your private banker or our client services team to discuss your requirements

Available in Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, our Visa Platinum debit cards give you instant access to your money 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world.

  • Access across the world

    As a cardholder, you will have access to an estimated three and a half million cash machines in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.

  • Dedicated helpdesk

    A dedicated Visa contact telephone number is provided for all our Visa Platinum debit cardholders. The helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world.

  • Visa transactions

    Current and historical Visa transactions are available online or via the mobile app.

A spot foreign exchange transaction involves the immediate conversion of one currency to another, with settlement occurring within two business days. We offer competitive pricing across over 200 currency pairs.

Forward foreign exchange transactions

Forward foreign exchange contracts allow you to agree a rate at the time of execution and settle the exchange at any date in the future, giving you certainty over the conversion rate and what proceeds you will receive.
