Nedbank Private Wealth has announced the appointments of Andrew Corlett OBE and Jeremy Wilson as independent non-executive directors. Andrew has also been appointed as chairman of the board for the company’s trust business, Nedgroup Trust. John Harris, who joined the Nedbank Private Wealth board last year as a non-executive director, has also joined the board of Nedgroup Trust.
International wealth manager, Nedbank Private Wealth, has appointed Chris Kirk to lead its growing risk team. The move forms part of a planned restructure of the risk and compliance teams and Chris is based in the company’s Isle of Man office. Chris has over 33 years’ experience in London, continental Europe and Jersey.
Nedbank Private Wealth has strengthened its senior management team with two internal appointments. David McFadzean will take on a new role as head of wealth management, while Andrew Halsall has become head of private banking in the Isle of Man.
