How we help Isle of Man clients

Solutions for Isle of Man residents and clients of our Isle of Man office

About Nedbank Private Wealth in the Isle of Man

Our head office was opened in 1987 in the “jewel of the Irish Sea”.  From here we support local residents as well as clients from many countries across the world.

The Isle of Man has a clear and simple tax regime with no capital gains tax, withholding taxes or wealth taxes.  There is an income tax cap of £200,000, which has attracted a number of wealthy residents to the island in recent years.

Whether you live locally and are looking for a wealth manager to help you achieve your financial goals, or if you live further afield and would like to explore how our Isle of Man office can help you, we invite you to start a discussion with one of our private bankers.

Services available from our Isle of Man office

Wealth planning

Your needs are unique to you and, as such, you need your own wealth plan. Our team of wealth planners has decades of experience and ensures you access the best expertise to grow, protect and transfer your wealth – for example, in collaboration with our trust practitioners. It’s about finding the right solution for your circumstances and wealth objectives.

Investment management

We start by taking the time to understand your financial goals and aspirations. We actively manage clients’ investments, using a team of experienced professionals, and offer a comprehensive and dedicated service. Or, if you prefer to make your own investment decisions, we can help you manage them through our execution-only service.

Private banking

We pride ourselves on providing a bespoke personal service to manage all your day-to-day banking needs, wherever you are or however complex your circumstances. With our own balance sheet, we can lend against UK properties, as well as against investment portfolios. Our treasury team provides quick and complex foreign exchange services.
