As a client, we want you to make payments and transactions, as well as foreign currency exchanges, quickly and securely. You will have convenient access to your finances by logging into online wealth services either online or via our mobile app, wherever you are.

 

Whenever you log in to our online wealth services, you can be reassured that you are on a secure, encrypted session and can message our team with confidence. Existing users can access the service here.

Professional online banking service

Our professional online banking service provides intermediaries and companies with the flexibility to view their clients’ accounts, statements and valuations online. Managing clients’ wealth is made easy with the ability to make payments, internal, domestic and international transfers, as well as execute foreign exchange transactions. A comprehensive range of reporting services offers the means to create and export client information as and when required.

Chat messaging via Qwil Messenger

Clients are used to accessing chat apps with family and friends. Qwil Messenger now allows you to do the same, securely, with our team. It is designed to reduce the risk of financial fraud and crime, while allowing access to timely information, and is free to use regardless of your location.

Qwil Messenger has been designed to work seamlessly on both mobile and desktop. Chats are synchronised across all of your devices, and you can sign in from as many devices as you like, all at the same time. The app also allows you to bring in other trusted advisers to facilitate an easy flow of communication.

 

Our private bankers can also access additional functionality to attach documents, such as statements and investment valuations, and send these to you without the need to password protect the document (which is needed for email).

Have you received an email or SMS claiming to be from Nedbank Private Wealth, inviting you to open an account?

 

Don’t be tricked – Nedbank Private Wealth never contacts members of the public directly, and will never use email or text messages to ask you for your bank details or sensitive personal information.

 

We are aware of scams using our name and those of our staff. These are usually intended to convince you to send money to the scammers, who use our name because it sounds legitimate.
