We are delighted to welcome Tom Caddick, our new chief investment officer. Tom takes over the role from Andrew Yeadon, who is retiring after nine successful years leading the Nedbank Private Wealth investment team.

Tom joins us after nine years at Santander Asset Management in London, where he was, most recently, chief investment officer for the UK business and previously global head of the multi asset division. He has over 20 years’ investment experience, including several years as head of multi manager and fund selection at LV Asset Management.

In his new role, Tom will also take on Andrew’s responsibilities as chairman of both the international strategy and global investment committees.

We would like to take the opportunity the thank Andrew Yeadon for all of his insights and support for Nedbank Private Wealth clients over the last nine years, and for his time ensuring a smooth transition, before he begins his retirement.

Tom is a keen runner, who sometimes regrets buying a house in the basin of a valley given the uphill starts he faces in all directions. He is married with four children.

You will be able to hear more from Tom when he joins David McFadzean, head of wealth management for the next quarter end investment webinar on 8 April at 12.30pm BST.
