We foster an inclusive workplace where talent thrives, and every individual career flourishes. James, member of the Private Banking team at Nedbank Private Wealth, said “I joined Nedbank Private Wealth at the start of 2023 and it was a real eyeopener for me. Having worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years – at both large corporates and smaller private firms – I do believe that working here is the best kept secret in financial services. There is a great culture and people feel both valued and engaged. This is clear to see from the fact there are people in the business who have spent one or more decades of their career with the company. I wish I had joined sooner!”
