Having worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years – at both large corporates and smaller private firms – I do believe that working here is the best kept secret in financial services. There is a great culture and people feel both valued and engaged. This is clear to see from the fact there are people in the business who have spent one or more decades of their career with the company. I wish I had joined sooner!”
