Fraud scams continue to plague the general public and although they keep evolving, they also remain the same in many ways. It is important to stay aware of common scams to avoid falling victim to fraudsters.
We take your security very seriously. We will never call you from an anonymous number or ask you for your full password or one-time passcodes (OTP). It is always okay to reject, refuse or ignore requests for your personal information, even if this appears to be from a legitimate Nedbank Private Wealth number. If you are not confident a call is genuine, end it immediately and contact your private banker using your usual method or call our client services team on +44 (0)1624 645000.

To activate your card(s), please log in to Online Wealth Services and chose the card management feature in the 'More' menu.

Where can I see interest rates?

You can view the indicative interest rates here. For more information, please refer to our Term Deposit Factsheet or contact your relationship manager.

Know more about tax reporting, our obligations, and what we need from clients

All our private clients need to provide the required tax related information to us in accordance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) regulations. When you open an account with us, make changes to your account, or if you close your account we may need information from you. If you have any questions please contact your private banker in the usual way or email our dedicated tax reporting team [email protected]

How do I reset my Online Wealth Services password?

To reset your password, please contact our client services team by telephone on +44 (0)1624 645000, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (UK time).

Stay alert to fraud: We will never ask you for a one time verification code to authenticate you on a call.

If you are contacted by a person claiming to be from the Nedbank Private Wealth Fraud team:

Immediately terminate the call
Please contact us on one of the numbers here
If you fall victim to the fraudster, please access your Online Banking Service application and block your card immediately.
