Following our conversations with the couple, we were able to offer a three-year fixed-rate mortgage. To secure this, the client transferred three years’ worth of mortgage payments to us in advance through a pre-fund arrangement, covering the entire term.
Mr and Mrs C were delighted with our flexibility and bespoke approach which ultimately enabled them to refinance their primary home, allowing them to focus on Mr C’s new business venture.
