Tiago Ferreira
Head of Client Experience
Tiago joined Nedbank Private Wealth in 2022 and is based out of the Isle of Man office. As Head of Client Experience, Tiago is responsible for overseeing the Client Service, Intermediary Support, Client Review and Client Experience teams.
His role is responsible for continuously driving positive change across the business to deliver improved client experience and internal efficiencies.
Tiago started his career working in the healthcare sector before moving to financial services in 2018 where he led customer facing teams at a life assurance company.
He has lived in several countries including Canada, Portugal, Spain, and the Isle of Man.
He is passionate about exceeding client expectations and always delivering the best outcomes. Tiago also enjoys guest speaking at conferences where he shares his insight and experiences with peers. In 2024, he was shortlisted among the top 25 CX professionals globally by the Client Experience Magazine.
