Lesley Corlett

Lesley manages the compliance team across the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and UK, and is responsible for the bank’s regulatory compliance with its various regulators across all jurisdictions, and delivery of financial crime compliance.

Lesley has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years across an international arena, holding a number of risk and compliance roles in the wealth management, private banking, life, investment, trust and corporate, fund management and custody sectors. She joined in 2020 from Friends Provident International, where she managed a risk and compliance function of 25 people across the Isle of Man, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Prior to this, she was the head of compliance for Barclays Private Clients in the Isle of Man and head of Isle of Man for Kleinwort Benson. Lesley is a member of the bank’s executive committee and is based in the Isle of Man office.
