Craig Duncan is a Business Performance Manager with over 25 years’ experience across the organisation. He operates at a strategic level, driving front office performance, revenue growth, and the delivery of key business initiatives.

Working closely with senior leadership, Craig oversees performance management across the Front Office, providing the oversight of sales activity, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomes.

His career progression reflects deep expertise across client-facing roles, back-office operations, and risk management, enabling him to drive continuous improvement and support sustainable business performance.

Craig is a member of the Chartered Banker Institute and the London Institute of Banking & Finance, and is currently undertaking further wealth and investment management studies with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
